Blue Monarch is a soda beverage made with 100% organic ingredients. The flavors are lemonade, peach, and apple. However, all three beverages are mixed with a flower called Clitoria ternatea, also known as butterfly pea or blue pea, which is found throughout Southeast Asia. It has been used throughout the region for centuries as an ingredient in herbal teas and cooking. The blue flower imparts its blue color when soaked in warm or hot water, leading it to be used as a dye and to add color to various foods. Hence, our brand name is Blue Monarch because of its natural colors.
